INITIAL INQUIRY

Fill out our inquiry form so we can learn more about your home project goals. Schedule a free in-person consultation.

PROPOSAL / QUOTE DELIVERY

We’ll deliver a free, itemized quote for both labor & material costs based on the scope of the project. You can expect it within 1 business week for most projects.

CONTRACT & PLANNING

We’ll send over your contract and first invoice.

A signed agreement and initial payment secures your spot on our schedule.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

We manage all trades and scheduling required for the job and keep you updated through consistent communication during the project.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Upon completion, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough. Once the work has been reviewed and accepted, the final invoice will be issued.
